Crouch End Cricket Club

Congrats to James Fermont, who becomes the first player to be selected for all four Saturday league teams in one season. Not only is he closing in on 500 league runs for the season, but he now gets the chance to bat with Murthy - the true measure of success.

I'd also like to welcome Joseph back to the 3's this weekend. Having been so supportive of our performances over the past couple of weeks, I'm sure he's delighted to be mixing it at Mill Hill again.

It's dedication like that that illustrates a true club representative playing for the club instead of moaning about which team they are in / should be in / must play for.

Mr Tanner is not at Mill Hill this weekend, good news for my young family who can come and see my startling cricketing skills, but so wanted to be part of the return to winning ways for the 3rds.  Unfortunately registration needs, cars etc etc mean I will be playing for the 2nds.

Still representing the club and let's see all the teams achieve victory this weekend just to get me to run round the clubhouse again just like the last time I played in the 2nds.

My point about the 3's only losing when I'm not in the team will be proven when we win on Saturday!

Losing again is NOT an option, even without ST, Moni Moni, and The Trundler®

I still think selection is fixed. It's not like ST got in on his form, is it?
Jo Tollington - put on this earth to raise my blood pressure.
Simon Tanner- put on this earth to spell my name wrong (Jo, Perrerra etc.)
Sorry Jo Prerra Knightly Tollington lets have a 5fer tomorrow.
6 overs, 1 for 9 more likely

With Wrighton taking the 5fer after being softened up by Joseph - that's Perivale not James.
Yeah James always gets the tailenders and then says it's a true 5fer. Simon you could fill a pond with another duck tommorow.

Without ST around the opposition is going to get the full focus of your teen angst. At what point will you need to be restrained? First refused appeal? First ball? Getting out of the car?

If I'm driving with you, it'll be getting in the car.
