Seconds the only winner at Pinner

The Second XI were the only victors on Saturday with a win by 4 wickets at Pinner. Roger found top form with a fluent 50, nearly entirely along the ground, Marcel and James snaffled four wickets each and everyone else chipped in with important contributions. The First XI lost out to Pinner at home, posting too low a target to defend. It's been over two months since they tasted victory. The Third XI had a bittersweet day, losing out to Morgan CC in a replacement friendly but picking up 10 valuable points thanks to their league opposition (Edmonton) pulling out of the fixture.
