Slack weekend sees Sunday team snaffle only victory
The Firsts drew, just. The Seconds lost, heavily. The Thirds threw it away. Only the Sunday friendly XI found form to bag a win - thanks to Bobby Youdale's maiden 50 for CECC. It was a hot day - the Lohana 'coach' updated us every time the thermometer went up a notch (peaking at 37 in the sun). But that's the beauty of a long season; the weekend brings new fixtures and a chance to forget the last. This time we'll all win. Promise.
