If you want to book a place contact Simon Tanner. If you can't turn up please contact Simon so he can arrange a replacement. If you don't give notice you'll lose you place for future weeks.

Cost £6 per hour, no concessions.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start to get changed/padded up.
